Upon Delivery
When you receive your order, please inspect it immediately:
- Verify package integrity - check for any damage to the shipping box
- Count all items against your order confirmation
- Inspect each part for quality and accuracy
- Check for any visible defects or damage during shipping
- Test fit and functionality if applicable
Reporting Issues
If you discover any issues during your inspection:
- Document the issue with clear photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and detailed description
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Do not modify or alter the parts
